Submitted papers via EDAS (https://edas.info/N28526) will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. Selected papers will be published in one or more special issues of reputed, abstracted, and indexed journals. Maximum paper length for the proceedings is 5 pages, with up to one additional page.
